Description

Brand Name or Equal Axis Communications Camera Station Recorder and Peripherals This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) located at Fort Detrick, MD has a requirement for the brand name or equal Axis Communications Camera Station Recorder and Peripherals for the purpose of providing behavioral information when used in conjunction with a telemetry system to integrate video information with physiological signals. This acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. This RFQ closes on Thursday, 12 May 2016 at 3:00 PM EST. This RFQ as well as any amendments will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
