- Amendment #1 corrects/clarifies the following: two (2) reservoirs are to be repaired and the site tour is to take place June 1, 2016. The BLM intends to award a contract to construct four (4) stock water pits and repair two (2) reservoir spillways in North Valley County near Glasgow Montana. The work involves 17,140 cubic yards of common excavation. The full Request for Quote is available on wwww.fedconnect.net. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. A site tour is scheduled for June 1, 2016: 9AM: Glasgow Field Office, 5 Lasar Drive, Glasgow Montana. Please be prepared to drive over unimproved roads. Performance time is tentatively scheduled for July 18 through August 25, 2016. Work is to be completed within 29 calendar days once the project is started. Project is estimated to be between $25,000 and $75,000. Payment Protection is required for awards over $30,000. All questions are to be emailed to csweeney@blm.gov and must be received at least 5 business days prior to the close date to receive a response. You will be asked to email any questions received by phone. This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Subcontracting is limited per 52.219-14. An active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) is required by the solicitation close date. Registration in SAM is free.
