This requirement is for the establishement of an 2-Year IDIQ contract to support electrical cabling and connectors at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The requirement is sole sourced to Teledyne D.G. O'Brien in accordance with NAVSEA intsruction. A copy of the redacted J&A as well as a copy of the RFQ (via synopsis) will be posted within 15 days of this pre-solcitiation notice.
