- Bio Data Form Request for Quote and Addendum I The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a United States government-owned corporation created in 2004, whose mission is to provide grant assistance to support economic growth and poverty reduction in select developing countries with a demonstrated commitment to just and democratic governance, economic (Compact) with MCC that includes a plan for achieving shared development objectives and the responsibilities of each country in achieving those objects. This position is located in the Department of Congressional and Public Affairs, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The mission of the Office of Public Affairs is to communicate information about the Corporation activities, programs, Compact results and policies to engage the public, the private sector, and selected audiences including Congress, the news media, state and local governments, and other Federal agencies. MCC's Department of Congressional and Public Affairs (CPA) is seeking a Personal Services Contractor to serve as a Public Engagement and Events Assistant (PE EA). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-87-2).
