- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Catharsis Productions LLC was identified, a small business for the following: LLC to provide two qualified instructors for eleven (11) back-to-back four (4) day, Got Your Back Training course using a MTT approach on the Ft. Hood Installation. This training will also be conducted from June 7-10, 2016. The Government intends to enter into a firm fixed price requirements with Catharsis Productions LLC. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization)... The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training with a size standard of $11 Million. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued. Responses are due 24 May 2015 10:00 am CST.
