Description

Amendment 5 Amendment 5 updates the RFQ as follows: 1) Please send a pdf copy of your statement of qualifications to Eve Errickson at ErricksonE@si.edu, without supporting documents (ie, any document that does not count toward the page limitation), by May 11, 2016 at 3:00pm EST. The pdf counts as timely submission of the qualifications statement in the event of late deliveries of hard copies of the statement of qualifications. 2) Please provide seven (7) paper copies of the statement of qualifications. Statements of qualifications are due May 11, 2016, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
