- This is a non-personal services contract to provide Dry Cleaning services for the Army Band and Funeral Detail. The contract shall include all functions, tasks, requirements and responsibilities inherent in a dry cleaning operation. The Contractor shall establish and maintain an automated system of records to accurately quantify all work performed and shall prepare all administrative correspondence and reports incidental to the work covered by the contract.
