For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6L0009AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a FIVE-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 227 each up to 1227 each maximum of a TOOL KIT, ARMY AIRCRAFT, NSN: 5180-01-629-5027, Part Number: 1060242A applicable to the C8 KIOWA weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 227 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 227 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and available for competitive solicitation. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U. S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, reverse Auction. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
