- Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Draft RFQ This document is a draft Request for Quote (RFQ) for industry review. An amendment will be issued within seven calendar days with the final RFQ and to address any questions pertaining to the RFQ. The Solicitation# is HE1254-16-T-0020 and is issued as a RFQ. This requirement is being procured using Commercial Item procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on an unrestricted, competitive basis, a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for Marine Biology Curriculum materials for DoDEA schools worldwide. The period of performance will be for one 12-month base period followed by up to four consecutive 12-month option periods. FOB point is destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at the Government site. The anticipated award date is July 12, 2016. Attached to this notice is a DRAFT COPY of the RFQ for industry review and comment. Contractors who wish to submit questions regarding the DRAFT RFQ or the requirement must do so no later than 10:00 AM EST on May 16, 2016. Questions and comments must be submitted via email to nicole.williams@hq.dodea.edu with the following subject line "HE1254-16-T-0020 - Marine Biology Curriculum Draft RFP" in order to ensure receipt and consideration.
