For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F6643AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 41 each up to 240 each maximum of a SHAFT, SHOULDERED, NSN: 3040-01-294-4866, Part Number: 70351-38131-042 applicable to the BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 41 each, 428 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 41 each, 285 Days ARO with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78419-5255. Production Lot test, Tamms and Snrr requires for this item. This item is a Critical Safety Item and requires Engineering testing. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, CAGE CODE: 78286. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
