Description
MODIFICATION: Based on individual questions received it has been decided to make no changes or answer any questions at this time. Solicitation remains as is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD) intends to issue a solicitation for one the following: 1. DEMUX CCA P/N 7105138-19, - 15 each 2. Power Supply3 CCA P/N 5598550-19, - 30 each 3. ESSM/QP Interface CCA P/N 7103678-9, - 15 each 4. Missile Interface CCA P/N 6387793-9, - 12 each 5. Cell Interface CCA P/N 7103657-19. - 48 each The Government anticipates award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-A2. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business only. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334418. NAICS size standard is 500. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination (NSWCPHD). Contract award is expected on FOB Destination to NSWC PHD, Port Hueneme, CA 93043. This will be a non-commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 15. Pricing is to be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this requirement should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via email to: Pamela.Stiles@navy.mil. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and/or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
