Description

SOW Acute Stroke Online Licenses NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT PROGRAM DESCRIPTION : The Veteran's Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement to procure Health Stream Acute Stroke Online Licenses in support of the Simulation Learning, Education and Research Network (SimLEARN) and Resuscitation Education Initiative (REdI) Program. The HealthStream Acute Stroke Online Licenses are necessary to support continued and refresher training across the VHA provider system. The contractor shall fulfill the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work, dated 20 April 2016. The contractor shall deliver the online courseware licenses no later than ten (10) days after contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511199 - All Other Publishers. It is anticipated that the contract type will be a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This requirement is to purchase the following item: 1. HealthStream Acute Stroke Online Licenses: Part #01t30000001Qfy9-HS, Quantity 3,000 ACQUISITION APPROACH : The contract will be issued on a Sole Source basis in accordance with Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as cited in Federal Regulation Acquisition (FAR) 6.302-1, quote mark Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, due to the required capabilities listed above. The Government intends to award a contract to Healthstream Inc., 209 10th Avenue South, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37203-0788. NOTICE : This notice is being provided to verify that no other sources can meet this requirement given the time required to meet the current need for this effort. Contractors should indicate their ability to meet this requirement to the below POC by 25 May 2016 at 12:00 Noon EST. Contracts POC: Metrissianne D.
