Description

SOLICITATION: VA786-16-R-0187 PROJECT LOCATION: BALTIMORE NATIONAL CEMETERY PROJECT TITLE: Baltimore National Cemetery located in 5501 Frederick Ave. Baltimore, MD 21228. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to provide complete mowing, trimming, edging, trash / debris removal & fall leaf cleanup services to the Baltimore National Cemetery located at 5501 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Services include mowing cemetery turf on a seven (7) day cycle, trimming upright and flat grave markers trimming of fence lines, curbs & trees, headstone cleaning, trash & debris removal and Fall leaf removal. All work shall be performed in accordance with Description / Specifications / Statement of Work. Work hours shall be consistent with normal cemetery hours of operation. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 05/10/2016 as a separate attachment. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 06/02/2016. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
