Description

This IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Department of Veterans Affairs to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. All interested firms shall provide the following information: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, capability statement not to exceed 10 pages single sided, and business size (Small, Large, 8a, Service Disabled veteran-own, etc.). This is a Sources Sought ONLY not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. Organizations with the requisite qualifications to provide the services stated herein. WOSB, HUBZone, and VOSB and SDVOSB) are encouraged to respond to this notice. The purpose of this sources sought is to find capable contractors to provide the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC) (Philadelphia), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 with producing, printing, mailing and data collection services for the BFS to family members of deceased Veterans serviced by the VA Healthcare system. The VA currently utilizes existing templates for products mailed out to recipients (reference document appendix). The contract shall make minor changes to templates upon VA request at no cost to the VA. If contractor incurs costs in modifying the templates, VA Contracting Officer will approve all additional costs prior to work being performed by the contractor. Products will be produced in both English and Spanish. Spanish materials will be sent to households where Veterans are serviced within the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, is designated as a Spanish speaking household or where Spanish is the primary language - language preference is identified by the VA to the Contractor.
