Description

Sole Source J&A The South Carolina Army National Guard intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" Helibasket LLC 450 N. Hwy 11, West Union, SC 29696. The product is Precision Lift Electric Long Lines. PSC is 1520, NAICS Code is 336413, and Size Standard is 1250 employees. The sole source determination is based upon Helibasket LLC being the only source with an approved U.S. Army Air Worthiness Release (AWR) for the use of electric long lines. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on 26 May 2016. Responses may be submitted by E-mail to blake.s.cromer.civ@mail.mil.
