Attachment #1 Revised Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87 and DFARs Publication Notice (DPN) 20160325 and AFFARS AFAC 2015-1001. NAICS is 811310 size standard $7.5M. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed. Edwards AFB, CA AFTC/PZIEB, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for Total Small Business Set-Aside (100%) on Annual Service and Remedial Maintenance: One (1) each Service and Remedial maintenance on nine (9) Tennant scrubbers/sweepers located at Edwards AFB, CA. This acquisition is for a base year + 4 year options: 412 Maintenance Group occupies/works in eighty-four (84) buildings throughout the Test Wing and own nine (9) floor scrubbers to maintain buildings that directly support aircraft operations to include eleven (11) hangars with a total of 900,000 square feet of floor space. The scrubbers removes grease, hydraulic fluids, oil, aircraft fuel, and other contaminates to provide a safe working area for personnel. Plus, the scrubbers vastly reduce small foreign objects damage (FOD) material. The majority of the scrubbers currently are in less desirable condition and not operating as required due to not having a preventative maintenance contract in place for the past seven (7) years. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
