- Pricing Sheet (Line Items) for Strong Bonds Marriage Retreat Chart of Requirements (I)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912JB-16-T-8002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. (IV) This acquisition is reserved for a Small Business concerns; however, in the event that no Small Business concerns can meet the requirement the set-aside will be withdrawn and an award will be made to a Large Business. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110, standard industrial classification 7011, small business size $7.0 Million. (V) This is a firm fixed price requirements type contract for non-personal services to provide all personnel, supervision and all other items and services necessary for conference rooms, meals, and lodging for up to 36 couples and 4 staff members. Check in Friday, 29 July 2016; checkout Sunday, 31 July 2016. Include a list of amenities and any areas of interest for the couples/singles attending the conference. Areas of interest may include those at the hotel or in a nearby local location. Conference room, meals, and lodging for 36 couples and 4 singles : CLIN 0001: CONFERENCE ROOM & A/V Equipment: One conference room to accommodate up to 76 guests; available in the evening on Friday, all day Saturday and half a day Sunday (morning). Require podium, 2 wireless microphones, tables, chairs, internet access, & computer with USB port and projection capability for the conference room. CLIN 0002: REFRESHMENTS: Ice water, coffee, tea and soda provided in mornings of 30 & 31 July 2016. Ice water, coffee, tea, lemonade and/or soda and a light snack provided on Saturday 30 July 2016 afternoon. CLIN 0003: BUFFET MEALS: Buffet meals for all attendees (76 people) to include: Friday's dinner, Saturday's breakfast, Saturday's lunch, and Sunday's breakfast. All meals should be hot. Friday's dinner to include salad, choice of 2 meat and vegetarian option (min 4 oz.), two sides, rolls/bread, and beverage (min 10 oz., max 21 oz.) to include: 2% milk, coffee, tea, and at least two types of soft drink beverages. Saturday's breakfast to include juice, eggs, meat, potatoes, and assortment of pastries, bagels, muffins, yogurt and/or fruit. Saturday's lunch should be a hot meal and include choice of 2 meat options (min 4 oz.) and a vegetarian option, 2 vegetable options (min 4 oz.), and soup and/or salad with min 2 varieties of dressing available choice of 2 rolls or bread, choice of 2 desserts and beverage (min 10 oz., max 21 oz.) to include: 2% milk, coffee, tea, and at least two types of soft drink beverages. Sunday's breakfast to include juice, eggs, meat, potatoes, and assortment of pastries, bagels, muffins, yogurt and fruit. Final count for meals will be provided to Offeror 10 days prior to the event. CLIN 004: LODGING : available on site with not more than 40 guest rooms (36 for double occupancy, 4 single occupancy) for Friday and Saturday evening (Jul 29 & 30, 2016). Offerors to include a list of amenities that the hotel has to offer (i.e. pool, spa, etc) and any areas of interest at the hotel or in a nearby local location for those attending the conference. Quotes should be submitted with pricing according to each individual CLIN. (VI) This solicitation is for lodging, meals, refreshments and conference rooms to be located within 20 miles of the city of Bay City, Michigan. Please provide a cancellation policy: Program anticipates up to 36 couples and 4 singles (76 total attendees) and the possibility of the event being cancelled. Government needs to know a cancellation date in writing that applies without penalty. (VII) FOB point is Origin. The Government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the Government.
