Description

Limited Source Selection Justification Exception that applies: FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. All awardees were given a fair opportunity to be consider for the original task order. ERI competed for the Part 73 rulemaking effort under the Statement of Work entitled, "Development and Revision of Regulatory Guidance Documents for the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR)" and was awarded Order Number: NRC-HQ-60-15-T-0001 under Contract number: NRC-HQ-25-14-E-0005. The follow-on task order is a continuation of work reviewing additional documents under Part 73 rulemaking effort. Total estimated dollar value and performance/delivery period. The total estimated dollar value for this action is $964,650. The period of performance is 05/11/2016 through August 31, 2019.
