THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for PMI and service to our Beckman Coulter LS6500 LSC and 6000IC. The Government intends to make an award to Beckman Coulter - Life Sciences, 5350 Lakeview Parkway South Drive, Indianapolis, IN.
