This action is for a requirements type contract, for the purchase of to investigate the loss of VA property, and provide recommendations. This requirement is for only the VA Central Office needs. The Solicitation will be issued on or about May 12, 2016 with an anticipated response date of May 24, 2016. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561611 "Investigation Services" with a size standard of $20.5 million. The solicitation is a Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. The award will be for a 5 year ordering period. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via email to: Theresa.Booker@va.gov. Quotes must be submitted electronically to the issuing office, be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
