- Booster Propulsion Tech Maturation Industry Days Agenda The Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center, Advanced Systems and Development Directorate (SMC/AD), Air Force Research Laboratory's Aerospace Systems Directorate's Rocket Propulsion Division, the Aerospace Corporation, and NASA Marshal Space Flight Center will conduct industry day briefings on SMC/AD's Booster Propulsion Technology Maturation program. Government representatives will provide briefings covering, but not limited to, Booster Propulsion Technology Maturation Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) projects, Combustion Stability Tool Development (CSTD), Hydrocarbon Boost (HCB) and Advanced Booster Engineering Development and Risk Reduction (ABEDRR). The meeting will be held on 1-2 Jun 2016 at the Aerospace Corporation, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California. Briefings are intended to inform industry on how program technology goals could benefit their booster propulsion research and development efforts. The CSTD portion of the Industry Day conference is targeted for combustion stability experts from each company in attendance. Attendance of industry members who have participated in the previous CSTD User Familiarization and Feedback session is strongly recommended. Information that is restricted under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act shall be discussed. Only DoD, NASA, and U.S. contractors who have registered with Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) to receive ITAR and Distribution Statement C restricted Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) will be permitted to attend the meeting. Those interested in participating in this meeting should contact SMC points of contact (POCs) 2d Lt Jonathan Londono, SMC/ADYA, at jonathan.londono@us.af.mil, and Mr. Steven Frolik, Aerospace Corp, at steven.a.frolik@aero.org NLT 1600 PST on 20 May 2016. Please provide your name, organization and indicate if you are a U.S. Citizen. They will be able to provide the final details of how to gain access to the Aerospace campus and where the briefings will be held. The POCs will also provide attendees with the agenda. Each attendee will be required to bring a government-issued photo ID such as a current driver's license, Common Access Card (CAC), or passport, and current proof of employment (e.g. company employee badge). Attendees must send ONE of the following to the SMC/AD Los Angeles Security Office at smcad.security@us.af.mil by 20 May 2016 in order to gain access to the Aerospace Campus and attend the Industry Day: 1) A completed and certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement for the individual who is listed in Block 3a. 2) A completed and certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement for the individual's employer, a verification letter from the Data Custodian who is listed in Block 3a. stating attendee(s) are eligible to receive militarily critical technical data. The company name, mailing address, email address and phone number for the point of contact, and current CAGE code must accompany either of the above. All documentation provided will be verified with DSS and DLA. Pen/Ink changes to the DD Form 2345 render the certification void. Once determined eligible to receive the information, recipients must follow the requirements set forth by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, dated 28 February 2006, Incorporating Change 1, dated 28 March 2013 and DoDM 5200.01, Volume 4, dated 24 February 2012.
