- Annual Quantity Estimate Performance-Based Work Statement Contract Data Requirements List Solicitation The OL:H/PZIMB, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price, five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, for the electroless nickel plating of C-17 landing gear components, to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA8224-16-R-0046. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 05-78 November 25, 2014. This is Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code is 332813. Responsible quoters shall provide pricing for the items below: The Air Force is procuring: Electroless nickel plating of C-17 landing gear components in accordance with the attached Performance-Based Work Statement. EVALUATION CRITERIA AND BASIS FOR AWARD See solicitation provision 52.212-2 in the attached solicitation FA8224-16-R-0012 for the evaluation criteria. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA Services will be inspected and accepted by the Government Technical Program Manager. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Estimated 1 July 2016 through 30 June 2021. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Hill AFB, Utah PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 (Alt 1), Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3(Alt 1) Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, offerors must complete annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Web site accessed through https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1.
