Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Cincinnati, Ohio. Services should be within a 10 miles radius of Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 and accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on August 01, 2016 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2026. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One though Option Year Nine, respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted.
