- 1. This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. 2. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price contract(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose quotes(s) are the lowest price(s) while meeting the requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies that is deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. This acquisition is for the procurement of one (1) truck tractor and three (3) cargo trucks for Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, with anticipated delivery of 13 September 2016. Anticipated items are as follows: CLIN 0001 Truck Tractor, 6x4, Diesel, payload minimum 8,380kg Delivery: Torii Station, Okinawa Quantity: 1 CLIN 0002 Truck, Van Cargo, 2-2.5 Ton, Diesel minimum 2 ton loading capacity. Delivery: Torii Station, Okinawa Quantity: 3 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online (AsiaNECO) at https://asia.neco.navy.mil or Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offerors responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7.
