- Solicitation package The Embassy of the United States of America invites eligible companies to submit a quotation for BAS maintenance for USAID Tbilisi located on 11 George Balanchine St, Tbilisi, Georgia. The requirement is for technical services required for the proper care and maintenance of Building Automation Systems (BAS). A firm fixed-price Order will be issued for this effort based on the requirements identified in Section C. B.1.2This contract is for technical services only. This request precludes the requirement for the contractor to purchase materials or equipment for the BAS including, but not limited to, such as items as control components, equipment replacements, cabling, software and computers or related elements. Provisions for such items, if they are deemed to be required, must be coordinated through the COR where provisions will be made through other contract mechanisms to acquire these components. B.1.3The period of performance is one (1) year as of the date of the Contracting Officer's signature for the base contract year, with four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Quotations must be submitted via email to TbilisiBids@state.gov before 5:00 pm local time (GMT+4) on June 17, 2016 (email size shall not exceed 4MB.
