This Request For Information (RFI) is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute the issuance of a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL is currently seeking information from any quoter that can provide preventative maintenance service for Philips nuclear medicine equipment. Quoters shall be identified as authorized service/repair providers for Philips Healthcare brand name equipment. The equipment includes but is not limited to the following: MANUFACTURERDESCRIPTIONMODEL #SERIAL NUMBER PHILIPS MEDICALGAMMA CAMERACARDIO MD III09070702 PHILIPS MEDICALGAMMA CAMERACARDIO MD III09111601 The anticipated type of contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The applicable NAICS for this service is: 811219 - other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance ($20.5 million- SBA Size Standard). To be considered for this requirement, quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - https://www.sam.gov).
