In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of offer, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources capable of providing and installing 8 EA Dentist's Stools and 8 EA Assistant Stools. Location for this installation is VA Butler Health Care Center, 353 North Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001.
