- Amendment 001 Questions and Responses Amendment 001 RFQ-CTS-057-16 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services at a performance site that is within the city limits of Laredo, Texas and accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2016 with nine (9) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2026. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight, and Option Year Nine respectively. accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work, No Master's Required, dated April 2016. The request for quotation will be available on or about May 11, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
