- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. L16PS00579 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 423510 (size standard of 200 employees). The BLM Las Cruces District Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement for wire rope netting, spikes plates and shackles for abandoned mine closures. All materials shall be delivered to the Las Cruces District Office, 1800 Marquess Street, Las Cruces, NM 88005.
