- This solicitation is being reopened due to no offers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 63093281140 and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-87. This is a small business set aside. The associated NACIS code is 221320 -- Sewage Treatment Facilities and the small business size standard is $20.0 Million. CLIN Structure: 001BASE LINE ITEM 1 Provide a detailed evaluation of five (5) aerators and provide the USIBWC with itemized estimates as to work necessary to bring the Aerators back to proper operation condition. Including but not limited to: new bearings, rewinding of motor, supply, install and balance propellers. Period of Performance 15 days.QUANTITY EA5 002BASE LINE ITEM 2 Clean and paint motor junction boxes (pecker heads), supply new gaskets, and compression fittings for 1-1/2 inch electrical cable.QUANTITY EA5 003OPTIONAL LINE ITEM 1 Repairs to bring Aerators back to proper operation condition, including but not limited to new bearings; rewinding of motor; supply, install and balance propellers (Propellers for 3 aerators to be provided by contractor awarded). Period of Performance 30 days.QUANTITY EA5 004OPTIONAL LINE ITEM 2 Warranty in conjunction with Optional Line Item 1 for all work performed on propellersQUANTITY EA5 005OPTIONAL LINE ITEM 3 Applicable Arizona taxes in conjunction with Optional Line Item 1QUANTITY EA1 006OPTIONAL LINE ITEM 4 Shipping in conjunction with Optional Line Item 1QUANTITY EA1 TOTAL Refer to attached Scope of Work for description of the requirement to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. NOTE: The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through http://www.acquisition.gov. The clause at 52.237-2, Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
