Description

CIS Interior Preservation Repair Services, to be performed onboard USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71). Contractor shall accomplish Interior Preservation, prepare, prime and paint weapons elevator trunks interior surfaces to include overheads, bulkheads, bulkhead framing, foundations, hydraulic platforms underside, elevator handrails, areas underneath existing lagging and all appendages normally painted. Locations are as follows: lower stage 3 weapons elevator trunk, main deck to the 7th deck (7 levels) (7,665 sq ft); upper stage 2 weapons elevator trunk (5 levels) (16,601 sq ft); and upper stage 4 weapons elevator trunk (4 levels) (13,215 sq ft). The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspections and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative. The contractor is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror will be required to have a Southwest Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of contract award. The applicable NAICS will be "336611" Business size 1,250 employees
