- Redacted J&A Terms and Conditions Pricing Data SOW for Automatic Gas Pycnometer System Automatic Gas Pycnometer System 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number N62306-15-T-5017 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-87-2 and DFARS Change notice 20160510. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpab/dars/dfarspgi/current /index.html. The NAICS code is 334516-Analytical Laboratory Instruments Manufacturing. The size standard is 1000 employees 3. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to solicit and award, on a Sole Source basis, a firm fixed price purchase order to Microeritics Instrument Corporation, 4536 Communications Drive, Norcross, GA 30093-2901. This procurement is for 1 AccyPyc II 1340 Automatic Gas Pycnometer System. The required delivery date is 30 days After Receipt of Order. 4. The procedures at FAR 13.106-2 apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capability considered. 5. Contractor shall provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractor must be registered in the SAM at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil to be considered for award. Quote shall include price(s), point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Response must clearly indicate the capability of offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. 6. Offers are to be received via electronic mail (email) no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Time on 23 May 2016.
