Description

DESCRIPTION Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications for the complete installation and repair of the Domestic Water Piping System in Building 1. Work may require second and third shift to complete. Perspective contractor may not be able to work during first shift to keep from interrupting hospital operations. If second and third shift will be required, this shall be at no additional cost to the government. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.219-10. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 237110 applies to this IFB. The Small Business sized standard is $33.5 million. The magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Please see VAAR 852.246-75 for warranty for construction guarantee period of services. Site Visit will be conducted and the date and location will be available once the IFB is advertised.
