Description

IAW FAR Part 6.302-1, CAVHCS, (Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System), Tuskegee/Montgomery, AL intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with CareFusion to provide Pyxis Upgrades to the CAVHCS, (Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System), Tuskegee/Montgomery, AL. The subsequent purchase order will be firm fixed price and F.O.B. Destination. Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; however, any firm that believes it can meet or exceed the requirements above may give written notification to the Contracting Office by 3:00pm (CST) on Tuesday, May 24th. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses and information can be submitted electronically to the Contracting Offer via email at Benford.Brundage@va.gov. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the VA not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the VA's discretion. If no responses are received, CAVHCS will then proceed with the sole source negotiation with Carefusion.
