- This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to remove the June 2016 conference dates, extend the solicitation close date, and updated the SOW/S with lodging reservation requirements. All amended information is identified in red in the attached document. Offerors shall acknowledge acceptance of all amendments at the time of quote submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the Government's intent to award this requirement using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference F1DT855320AW01. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, effective 6 Apr 2016. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.5M. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for one base year and four option years for Training Conference, event space in support of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). With except to the base year, AFOSI will hold three conferences per year for a total duration of 12 days per training event. The base year will consist of two confence events for a total duration of 12 days per training event. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
