Description

VA Iliana Health Care System (VAIHCS) will be soliciting offers for removal and replacement of failed evaporator heat exchanger. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, certifications, supervision, and all other technologies and technical services to provide removal and replacement of failed evaporator heat exchanger for a Trane GC----- at VAIHCS in Danville, IL. Work shall be provided by an authorized Trane representative. The Trane GC---- located on the roof of Building 58. Request for Quote (VA-251-16-Q-0259) will be issued on or around 5/19/2016. Anticipated award date is 3 June 2016 for a period of 15 days after date of award. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within four calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220. The size standard is $15.0 million.
