The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 80 each quantity maximum of a Servo Assembly, NSN: 1650-01-496-6801, Part Number: 145H7310-3 applicable to the BK Chinook Helicopter system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 10 each, 219 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX, 78419-5255. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 10 each, 2nd Year, 35 each, 3rd Year, 35 each. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company Cage Code 77272. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The approved sources have the unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge to produce this item. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home to access SAMAR and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
