This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SOLICITATION THOROUGHLY.
