This project will require the services of an ACM Certified Construction contractor with established sealant experience. The purpose of this Market Survey is to discover firms which consider themselves both qualified and interested in this project. A Statement of Work describing the project is attached. Any firm that considers themselves qualified and interested in this project is requested to reply to this Market Survey. In response please include at a minimum: Company Name, Address, Primary Contact, DUNS Number, business size declaration (i.e. Small Economically Disadvantaged Business 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business “ fill out attached Business Declaration Form), and example reference(s) of similar work.
