This procurement is to provide Bread and Bakery Products listed in the Schedule for a one-year base period, with four (4) one-year option years for the following Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Centers: "VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System Each of the following medical centers requires bread and bakery products. "Food Service & Production (Hospital), Omaha, NE "Food Service & Production (Hospital), Grand Island, NE The NAICS Code for this procurement is 311812 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Offers are due no later than10 AM CT on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Electronic offers WILL be accepted. All offerors must also be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
