- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for Lodging, Meals and Transportation in Bogota for the Security Cooperation Office (SCO)- Colombia Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 20 May 2016. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
