- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, PolyOne Corporation, Romeoville, IL for 30,856 pounds of DuPont ZYTEL Nylon, Type 42A-NC and 6,612 pounds of DuPont ZYTEL Nylon, Type FE3071. PolyOne is the sole distributor of DuPont engineering Resins in North America. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325211. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 2821.
