- 16RJQ21_sol_0002 SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate Statement of Work (SOW) Revision 01, revised Performance Specification PS16JXQR142 Rev - Chg 6, and revised delivery schedule information for clarification. Additionally, within this amendment, clause 52.212-1 ADDENDUM - Proposal Requirements has been revised along with clause 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS.
