- FA9401-16-T-0020, Motorola Radio console Lifecycle Services (Solicitation SF Form 1449) COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation RFQ FA9401-16-T-0020 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84, dated 3 Sep 15. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334210 - Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. Below statement is for unfunded/planning funding documents only "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Motorola Radio Console Lifecycle Services (brand name or equal) Motorola Radio Console Lifecycle Services Sustainment for the MCC 7500 Dispatch Console, FMF clients and associated softwares. Quoted items must match the required specifications. Please complete ENTIRE document including fill in clauses when submitting the quote. NOTE: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please make sure that all quotes are valid through 30 Sept 2016. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS: This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 Wages under this contract are subject to the attached prevailing wages, Attachment No. 1 of solicitation number FA9401-16-T-0020. Offerors shall be required to return the attached Standard Form 1449 Solicitation FA9401-14-T-0000, signed and filled in appropriately as their offer along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Addenda and any additional fill-in provisions. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management http://www.sam.gov database prior to any contract award. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME: 20 June 2016, 13:00 EST LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
