- SOW SF-18 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Mfr. one year warranty with sticker affixed to each unit plus a warranty certificate. 2. Calibration Certificate and calibration sticker (as applicable for each unit) 3. Units shall be serialized. 4. Units (over $5,000) shall have an IUID Label applied per DFAR 252.211-7003. 5. Manufacturer's Standard Operating and servicing manuals (CD version acceptable) shall be provided with each unit. The DFARS clause listed below must be referenced in all contracts and the manufacturer made aware that the use/reproduction of tech data/manuals (for government use only) will follow these use guidelines. DFARS SUBPART 227.71 - Rights in Technical Data 7. The US government shall have limited technical data rights for all technical manuals and documents furnished with the procured commercial items, for the purpose of Government use only in duplicating or posting technical documentation to limited access web sites for use by US Government Personnel and Contractors engaged in maintenance, calibration or related logistics activities associated with the procured commercial items in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7015 Technical Data--Commercial Items B. Tasking: The contractor shall provide the following instrument upgrade: 1) P/N RFWI62F WR62 Waveguide Isolator 12.4-18GHz 50W Qty 12 To include the following: 1. Frequency range: 12.4-18 GHz 2. Insertion loss : 0.25 dB Max.30 dB 3. Isolation: 21dB min 20dB 4. VSWR : 1.15:1 Max 1.20 :1 5. Forward power (CW) : Max 50W 6. Reverse power (CW) : 5W 7. Rotation: Clockwise (Standard) 8. Input /Output Connector: COVER flat 4 holes 9. Finishing : oxidation by color / Blue paint 10. Flange Type : UG419/U 11. Case Material : Aluminum alloy 12. Operational Temp : Min -25ºC Max 60ºC 13. Vibration : 10g 15 degree 2KHz RMS 14. Humidity : 100% RH at 35c, 95%RH at 40ºC 15. Shock : 20G for 11msc. C. Deliverables Delivery of the equipment shall be provided at the following address: COMMANDER NAVAIR Calibration Standards MCAS, Attn: Lou Cerrillo (UIC N48535)BLDG 612, Bay 9 Beaufort, SC 29904-5002 D. Delivery Date Delivery shall be no later than 6 weeks after award of contract, and shall be absolutely no later than August 01, 2016. *** PARTICAL SHIPMENT ACCECPTED *** SECTION A U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Ben Flores at benjamin.r.flores@navy.mil no later than May 26, 2016. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0328 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for WR62 Waveguide Isolator, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.1. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** All interested parties MUST submit a quote no later than May 26, 2016. Brand name or equivalent items will be accepted. If an equivalent item is quoted, the vendor must submit the model or part number, picture and description of the equal item with their quote. (The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards - OPTIONAL) Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price quotation that meets all salient characteristics. If two or more quotes are equal the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
