- Bison Chute for Theodore Roosevelt National Park This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P16PS01187. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard for the principal NAICS is 1,250 employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is in the best interest of the Government. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, are being used. All vendors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), (http://www.sam.gov) to include updated Online Representations and Certifications Associated with current SAM record. Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 12:00 Noon, Mountain Time (MT), June 1, 2016. Requirements: The requirement is for a bison squeeze chute for Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Watford City, North Dakota. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
