- See attached draft The purpose of this Notice is to identify the availability of capable small businesses (e.g., 8(a), Hub-zone, women-owned, veteran-owned) able to provide a 'Software as a Service' (SAAS) information management system to support USAID's Global Health Ebola Team (GHET). USAID staff and implicated implementing partners would use the Ebola Information Management System as a means of collating, storing and managing quantitative and qualitative programmatic data and progress reports from implementing partners (IPs) and headquarters (HQ) staff so that indicator results can be monitored and so that timely reports can be obtained on progress made against established GHET objectives. Currently, this responsibility is required to be completed manually and can be substantially resource intensive (i.e. labor and time). Additionally, USAID seeks to obtain industry questions and/or comments for this planned data management system. Interested businesses must have the ability to provide an easily adaptable SAAS information management system.
