Description

Synopsis The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to award a 2-year (base + 1 option year) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI), 220 Valley Creek Blvd., Exton, PA 19341 in accordance with Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(2) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1,One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for Analytic Graphics Inc. System Tool Kit Software Support and Renewal. AGI's software product lines are sole source products, manufactured, owned, sold, distributed and supported by Analytical Graphics, Inc. AGI software and support must be purchased directly, by institutions, from AGI. This software is being used in support of the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A).
