Technical/Experience and Past Performance will be considered, with the following relationship between each factor: Technical/Experience and Past Performance when combined are significantly more important than price. Past Performance: The Government will evaluate past performance information to assess the offeror's likelihood of success in performing the requirements stated in the solicitation. Currency and relevance of the information (as determined by the Government), the source of the information, content of the data and general trends in the contractor's performance may be considered. Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for the Pine Flat Lake Recreation Attendant Services located in Fresno County, Sanger, CA. Please review the Performance Work Statement contained in Solicitation No. W91238-16-Q-0028 Request for Quotation which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102.
