Description
Office Furniture for MCAS Iwakuni (MC0602T Commanding Hall) Appendix A Room Layout Appendix B 3F Partial Plan Office Furniture for MCAS Iwakuni (MC0602T Commanding Hall) This is a solicitation notice/combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written solicitation M67400- 16 - T - 0045 has been issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 561210. The Contractor shall provide Office Furniture (Class C) with the characteristics as specified in the Required Furniture List & Descriptions. All furniture shall be free from defects in design, materials, and/or workmanship. Warranty shall be provided at least one year and the warranty period shall start from the date of the Government's acceptance of the furniture. The price shall include the cost for Door-to-Door direct shipping (to Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni in Yamaguchi, Japan) and handling fees (freight charges, administrative/service fees, packing & consolidations fees, and cost of customs clearance). The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400- 16 - T-0045. THE OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS" IN THIS SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. (X) SF1449 (Solicitation M67400-16-T-0045) completed. (X) Offerors shall submit three separate volumes: (Volume I, II, and III) Volume I - (Technical Information): •(1) Required Furniture List & Descriptions: Offerors shall provide the specifications of the offering furniture in the Required Furniture List & Description MC0602T Commanding Hall and submit it as a part of their offer. (Ref: Required Furniture List & Description MC0602T Commanding Hall, Attachment I). •(2) Descriptive Literature for the offered furniture : Offerors shall submit "Descriptive Literature" such as catalog(s) and/or brochure(s) as a part of their offer which is required to establish, for the purpose of evaluation and award, details of the product offered that are specified elsewhere in the solicitation and pertain to significant elements such as Size, Design, Materials, Components and Performance characteristics. •(3) Estimated Delivery Date and Installation Schedule: Offerors shall provide an estimated delivery date and installation schedule including a sequence of activities and an estimated completion date for the furniture installation service. (Required delivery date: 90~120 days after the contract award) •(4) Warranty Terms and Conditions: Offerors shall provide a statement/document indicating the terms and conditions of the warranty. Warranty shall be provided at least one year and the warranty period shall start from the date of the Government's acceptance of the furniture. Volume II- (Price) Offerors shall submit a price offer which contains all the pricing information. Only one (1) original copy shall be submitted. GSA Pricing will NOT be accepted. *The price of the furniture shall include the cost for Door-to-Door direct shipping (to MCAS Iwakuni in Yamaguchi, Japan) and handling fees (freight charges, administrative/service fees, packing & consolidations fees, and cost of customs clearance). Offerors shall provide the price information as follows: •· Unit Price for each CLIN •· Total Estimated Price for each CLIN •· Total Offered Price •· Breakdown Costs of each CLIN (to include shipping and handling fees) •· Breakdown Costs of installation (such as service fees, labor, transportation, lodging, and incidentals, etc.) Volume III- (Offeror's Representations and Certifications) Questions : All and any questions (with the exception of the offer/quote) pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the responsible Contracting Specialist, Minako Chinen ( minako.chinen.ja@usmc.mil ), no later than 13 Jun 2016 @1300 Japanese Standard Time Submission of Offers: Offerors shall submit the original and one redacted copy of Volume I (Technical Information), one original copy of Volume II ( Price), and Volume III (Offerors' Representations and Certifications) of their offers to: MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office Attn: Minako Chinen PSC 557 Box 2000 FPO AP 96379-2000 Phone: 81-98-970-8608 (from U.S.) / 098-970-8608 (Local) E-mail: minako.chinen.ja@usmc.mil Offers shall be submitted electronically by e-mail.
